    Rice Kheer Material

  • 1/2 cup Rice Basmati
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 kilo milk
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • 1 tsp cashew chopped
  • 1 tsp raisins
  • 4 cardamom

Method How To Make Rice Kheer

To make rice pudding, first of all take rice, wash them with clean water and then soak them in water for some time. Doing this will make your pudding tastier.

Now take a big vessel, add milk to it and keep it on the gas for heating. After some time, when the milk starts boiling, then add the soaked rice to the milk and keep stirring them with the help of spoon.
Doing this while running milk and rice, your milk and rice will not burn. 

Cook the milk rice for 3-5 minutes. When rice starts to soften, add cashews and raisins and mix it.
After some time when you feel that both dry fruits and rice have cooked well, 
then add sugar and mix it.
After this, leave the kheer on the gas to cook, it will take some time. Keep stirring the kheer continuously. After some time your pudding will start to thicken and turn off the gas. 

Add cardamom to it and stir once. 
Your delicious kheer is ready, put it in a hot bowl and survey all.
