* Mawa 2 cups 
* Flour 4 cups 
* 3 tbsp milk powder 
*Chena ¼ cup 
*Soda ¼ cup 
*2 cups sugar Ghee to fry PC 
* Cardamom ¼ TSP 
Quantity - 25 to 30 gulab jamuns 
Preparation Time - 5 to 7  min 
Cooking time - 35 minutes

How to take khova, mash the chena and mix it. Now add

* soda, maida, cardamom powder and a little water and mash it well, knead smooth soft dough. 
Now put sugar and 2 cups of water in a vessel and cook, after the sugar dissolves properly, cook for 1-2 minutes. Now try it with thumb and finger.
 For this, syrup of half a wire is required. 
Now keep it cool. 

Now make 30 balls of Khoya mixer. 
Fill chironji or pistachios in the center of the circle. 
Heat ghee in a nonstick, now roast gulab jamuns in low heat.

Now put sugar and 2 cups of water in a vessel and cook, after the sugar dissolves properly, cook for 1-2 minutes. Now try it with thumb and finger. 

Sugar syrup should not be one whole, half syrup syrup is required for this. 
Now keep it cool. 

Pour these gulab jamuns in sugar syrup, let it rest for 10-15 minutes before serving, 
so that the sweetness is absorbed inside. 

Now serve hot Gulab Jamuns, if you want, you can also put Rabri in it.
 Keep in mind that while making Gulab Jamun flour, it should not be too wet or hard. 
Make 1-2 gulab jamuns and see if you are bitters, then add a little more maida to it.
