  • Kashmiri red chili powder - 1/2 spoon
  • Turmeric Powder (Turmeric) - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Kasuri methi - 1/2 spoon
  • Salt - according to taste
  • Cream - 3 teaspoons

Method of preparation of Pea Mushroom

1. First heat the oil, when hot, add cumin seeds.
2. When the cumin seeds turn brown, add onions to it.
3. When the color of the onion turns brown, add ginger garlic paste.
4. Then add peas, mushrooms, and green chilies and fry it for a while.
5. Now add all the spices (coriander powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, and cumin powder) and salt and fry it for a while.
6. Then add tomato puree to it.
7. Then cover and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
8. Then add cream to it and mix.
9. Then add Kashmiri Methi to it and add a glass of water to it and mix it.
10. Then add garam masala to it and mix and cook it by covering it for 8-10 minutes.
11. Then add coriander leaves to it and turn off the gas.
