Basmati rice is prepared in Biryani in many aromatic spices and

 is served with Gravy.

Wash the chicken and keep the masala powder, 

green chilli paste, curd, half ginger - garlic paste and turmeric powder for half an hour.

Put oil or ghee in a big pot, ginger-garlic paste, onion, cloves, 

cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg and fry for a while.

Now add chopped tomatoes, mint leaves and chili powder and reduce 

the flame until the oil separates 

from the mixture and the tomatoes are cooked well.

Now add marinated chicken and salt and cook for 10 to 15 minutes 

until the chicken is cooked.Separate the chicken pieces

Now put 6 glasses of water in the cooker and add rice to it and cook it well.

Now mix the cooked chicken

Now mix it well and cover and cook on low flame till the water dries up.

1 kg - Basmati rice or any other good rice soak for 1 hour 10 mint after washing

2 kg - Chicken, cut into very large pieces
3 - bay leaves
2 tablespoons - masala powder or garam masala
1/2 kg - tomato, chopped
3 - Cinnamon (small piece)
4 - Cloves
5 - Cardamom
1 - Nutmeg Flower
2 cups - oil or ghee
salt to taste
6 - Green Chillies
3 tablespoons - ginger - garlic paste
2 teaspoons - chili powder
1/2 kg - onion, chopped
1 teaspoon - turmeric powder
1/2 cup - fresh mint leaves
1 cup - yogurt

While preparing biryani, keep in mind that rice is not broken.
