      Ingredients

  • 250-gram mawa
  • 150-gram sugar
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • 4-5 cardamom
  • 6-7 almonds
  • 6-7 pistachios


How to make Barfi Recipe

To make barfi, first put ghee in a pan and place it on the gas for heating. Add mawa to the hot ghee and fry it on the same light flame. Roast the mawa until it changes its color. Now take it out in a vessel.

Now to make sugar syrup, add sugar and water in the pan and cook for a while. After some time, when your sugar syrup is cooked, turn off the gas.
After doing this, when the sugar syrup starts to get cold then add roasted mawa and cardamom and mix it well.

Now take a plate and add some ghee to it and make it smooth. Pour this mixture into this smooth plate and spread it. Also, add pistachios and almonds.

Wait for the barfi to set for a while, it may take some time for your barfi to set. Now cut the barfi into pieces according to your wish. Your delicious barfi is ready, fill it in a box and freeze it and eat it as per your taste.
